Fortress Risk Management: Liability Challenges in a Modern Dental Practice

Course Description

The Fortress seminar, Liability Challenges in a Modern Dental Practice, seeks to improve the understanding of litigation as it applies to the clinical issues commonly seen in dental claims as well as to highlight the risk management techniques that are used to lessen the risk of claims. This three-hour lecture is designed for dental students and practicing dentists.

At the conclusion of the seminar, attendees will be able to:
• Understand how risk management principles affect claims and their defensibility.
• Implement risk management techniques leaned to reduce their exposure and provide improved patient care.

OMSNIC is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. All seminar attendees will receive three (3) CE credit hours for attending the three hour lecture.
